Can you source products according to our specific requirements?
Yes. As a merchant exporter and sourcing partner, we can source products beyond our listed range according to your required specifications, quality, quantity, packaging, and target market. Each requirement is reviewed individually, and availability, specifications, pricing, and lead time are confirmed before order placement.
Can you provide samples for approval before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can arrange samples based on your product requirements and specifications before bulk production. Samples can be reviewed and approved by the buyer before production begins. Any applicable sample, development, courier, or shipping costs will be agreed in advance.
Can you provide the required export documentation?
Yes. We can arrange the standard export documentation applicable to your order, such as the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, along with product-specific certificates or documents where required and agreed in advance. Documentation requirements are confirmed according to the product, destination, and agreed shipping terms.
Which countries and ports can you ship to?
We can arrange export shipments to international destinations through the buyer’s nominated port, subject to product, destination, shipping availability, and applicable regulations. Our standard sea shipments are handled through Pakistan’s major ports, including Karachi Port and Port Qasim. The suitable shipping arrangement and applicable charges are confirmed with the buyer before shipment.
How long does production take?
Typically 21–35 days after written sample approval, order confirmation, and receipt of the agreed advance payment, depending on order quantity, product specifications, and customization requirements.
What are your payment terms?
For new orders, our standard payment terms are 30% advance with the balance payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Irrevocable L/C at sight may also be accepted, subject to mutual agreement. Established buyers may request alternative payment terms, which can be discussed based on the order and business relationship.
